Today is my sister's birthday and it's days like this that I really wish we aren't living so far away from each other. I would bake her a cake and take her for tea and spoil her till her socks were knocked off!!!! Instead I whatsapp, sms, email, facebook and phone her so she hears it from all angles. I can't wait to see her next weekend when we go down for the wedding...it will be so cool and all the things I want to do today, I will do then. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS....I LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH...
We have a new brood of chicks that have hatched out...and it's always so exciting to see new little chicks peeking out from their broody hen mom. The chickens have a new home with recycled tyres as nests....they work so well, are much easier to keep clean and don't smell like the old wooden brooder we had.
